after i worked at philips..
i find that..
its quite interesting to answer phone calls..
though quite pai chek at times..
but..
u will find it a realli very interesting..
and unforgettable..
and valuable..
experience..
cos not alot of people can get to work in the call centre..
of a service centre..
normally will be sales..
but how will a customer behave in a shop?
not as terrible as through a phone?
they can scream and shout at u in the phone..
anw..
u wouldn't know who they are..
even if you know their particulars..
you have not seen them..
so they are not afraid..
and evennn..
if you know how they look like..
they are not scared as well..
because..
u cannot do anything to them wat..
so..
customer will just scold you..
threaten you..
1. wait for lawyer letter.
2. look out for press release of complain of philips..
3. get the retailer to refund them the money of the item
4. complain to manager or whoever
5. do not buy philips anymore.
6. spread news to ppl that philips is bad
well..
this are the common threats..

or even the front counter ppl who serve you guys..
they are doing their jobs..
