tis is the job no used in our service centre where we always give to our customer..
of cos each n everyone of them get a different number..
currently is 719***..
last time was 609***..
whao.. so many job no.s were given out..
ahha.. meaning.. alot of customers lah.
(but alot under guaranty.. so oso no use)

wat is my job. no ??
when we give our job no to each n every customer..
they will call back to ask for details of wat happen to their products..
then we will haf to check our record and tell them accordingly..
but of cos..
there are times that we cant tell them..
cos we are lack of information..
then we will haf trouble liao..
ahha..
becos customer will make noise..
customer will complain..
when we never get back to the customer..
but..
actually.. is becos we need time..
sometimes..
is only when the customers called in to make noise..
then we will be able to know tis person's exist..
we will then look at their case more seriously..
and we will then speed up our job..
and we will of cos..
fulfil their requests..

do u think..
hu are these customers??
u find them irritating??
yes..
but..
this is their right..
this is their determination..
dun say those ridiculous wan..

put tis into another situation..

if we are the customers..
and the operator is God..
how will u think?
should we behave like the customer??
i think so..
i think God wouldn't find us irritating..
instead..
God will like us to behave like tt..
pester Him..
tell Him wat u want..
make it serious..
make it a big issue to Him..
pester Him every second..
and its is then He will look at it more seriously..
and He will fufil ur request..
why do u think we shld behave like tt?
why does we haf the right to do so?
becos..
He has given the right..as a son/daugher..
jus like..
they are the customers.. they buy from us..
theirs is a 1 to 3 years warranty..
ours.. is a life time warranty..
tt's the difference..
we believe in God..
jus like they believe in Philips..
sometimes they called.. they complain..
that how come things turned out to be this way..
they will not trust Philips anymore..
this is how to tok to God sometimes..

well..
this is how i look this thing in a different point of view..
i should be like the customer..
who believe in Philips..
and get everything repaired..
jus like how God always repair our situation for us..

remember this..
God is a LIFETIME WARRANTY...
